RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1) RETURN WINDOW
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) ELIGIBILITY (UNUSED & UNOPENED ONLY)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and unopened
- in original packaging (and with original tags, if applicable)
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

3) HYGIENE & HOUSEHOLD-USE ITEMS
For hygiene, health, and household-use items, returns are accepted ONLY if the product is unused AND unopened.
Opened or used items are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

4) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- opened/used products of any kind
- perishables
- custom-made or personalized items
- hazardous materials / flammable liquids or gases
- gift cards
- final sale / discounted items (where marked as final sale)

5) HOW TO START A RETURN

Please include:
- order number
- item(s) you want to return
- reason for return
- photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

Return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

6) RETURN SHIPPING (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be charged to you or deducted from your refund (we will confirm before issuing the label).

7) DAMAGES / DEFECTS / WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

8) REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank/card provider first, then email us.

9) EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (IF APPLICABLE)
If your order is shipped to the EU/EEA, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days, provided the item is unused and unopened and returned in original condition.
