Dispatch & Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order at 17track.net.

Delivery

Your package arrives at your door with full tracking updates throughout the journey.

Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are charged per order, not per product. Multiple items ordered together are packed in a single shipment.

Carrier Selection: Your carrier (FedEx or Korea Post) is automatically selected based on your destination and chosen service level. You cannot select a specific carrier. The fulfillment partner (Sojudad) determines the carrier.

Customs & Import Duties: Customs duties, VAT, and all import clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. These costs are determined by your country's customs authority and are NOT included in our shipping fees. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to buyer's remorse, the buyer must cover:

All return shipping costs (both ways)
Warehousing fees
All customs and import duties

Refunds are only issued after our fulfillment partner confirms receipt of the return.

Shipping Cost Structure: Our shipping rates (charged to resellers/dropshippers) are based on transportation costs only and do NOT include duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged in the destination country. All import charges are the responsibility of the importer (customer).
